Enjoyable walk around Lake Nokomis. Paved path, level, not too crowded from 5:00-6 pm on an early June Friday, about 2.5 mile loop. Lots of nature and birds. Near airport so planes can be seen and heard more on south end.

Perfect place for the family. Plenty of beach space for everyone, very well cleaned area. You can rent bikes, paddle boats, kayak. Parking is only $1.25 an hour right by the beach which is cheap. Would definitely recommend checking it out!!

The best part of this park is the diversity of people that come here. It is so amazing. Such a friendly place to visit. A friendly park and so very enjoyable to see and talk to people or to walk quietly with your headset on. Plenty of parking both paid and free. Clean and hopefully the food service facility will open soon. Rentals of boats, bikes and other equipment makes the lake so accessible for exploring.
