I only have a debit/check card, can I rent a car with only a debit/check card ? And if so how can I find out the total costs including milage?

You also need a bill in your name that doesnt have a past due amount.

You can rent with a debit card, but you will have to have a $300 deposit. Costs will come out of the deposit and whatever is left will be refunded.
