This is the second pair of glasses I purchased from Crystal Vision Center (CVC) that after nominal use, the lenses crack from the frame inward. But poor quality lenses aren't the only problem with this CVC. The people behind the counter flat-out LIE! I was told after the first pair of glasses cracked, that it was common for lenses held in with a string to crack like that. So I purchased a more full frame pair. The exact same thing happened, the only difference is, this crack is spreading faster than the cracks on the last pair. Then there is the poor customer service. It's hard enough to pick a pair of frames without people cramming themselves in your face "wanting to help". All that help did was further confuse and unnerve me. If they aren't infringing on your personal space, they ignore you. I signed in at CVC Keyser Ave, and I was told I would be next. Then three other people showed up after me, and were taken in ahead of me. I don't feel valued as a customer there, the glasses are cheap garbage, and I will pay out of pocket anymore in order to get QUALITY glasses and frames. You can't get quality from CVC. You'll get what's pictured.
