Do you have to go in person to speak with them? I’ve called twice now for the past 2 days and been on the phone for 20 minutes each time waiting to talk to someone about making an appointment & talking about coverage with my insurance....

I have also tried calling them multiple times this week, all at different varying times as well and no one ever picks up the phone.

No appointment needed. I was just there purchasing contacts and updated my insurance no appointment. Just walked in.
