I have been a long time Verizon customer . I just recently bought an iPhone14 Pro. I am having trouble getting my pictures to transfer over to my new phone. I went to the Verizon store only to be told that there is now a $30 fee to get them to help you ! What kind of ridiculous customer service is that ? I am paying enough for the phone , someone can’t spend 10 minutes with me ?????

I was taken care of by a very nice young man who took the time to answer all my questions.

Our experience tonight with Ralph was quick and easy. But the earlier help we thought we were receiving wasn't as good. The two ladies tried to help but we feel we were misled. Went there 6 times with frustration and then you go in again #7 and this gentleman has it done in less than 10 minutes and everything is perfect. Ralph should be recognized for the great and positive sales person he is!

If this is how Verizon wants to be represented then I suggest everyone switch carriers. They look like a bunch of strung out drag queens and don’t want to help anyone with anything that requires thought. Went in with a defective $1800 phone and was told it was dropped you have to call Verizon. (Ummm I’m AT Verizon!). So I called Verizon to find out that the phone has a recall! I’ll never go back to this location. The WORST!

Questions & Answers

Can I return FiOS equipment here?

Paul Kelly | Nov 6, 2019
Raul Nieves | Nov 6, 2019

Verizon Wireless stores are a completely separate entity from Verizon Landline, even though it would seem all Verizon stores should be connected. That being said, there is absolutely no way for a Verizon Wireless employee to pull up Fios or landline accounts to properly process equipment returns. Someone needing to return Fios/landline equipment should contact Verizon via 1-800-VERIZON or www.verizon.com to set up delivery of shipping materials and labels.
