Verizon Wireless stores are a completely separate entity from Verizon Landline, even though it would seem all Verizon stores should be connected. That being said, there is absolutely no way for a Verizon Wireless employee to pull up Fios or landline accounts to properly process equipment returns. Someone needing to return Fios/landline equipment should contact Verizon via 1-800-VERIZON or www.verizon.com to set up delivery of shipping materials and labels.
That is a very good question and I would hope that you were talkin about the Verizon corporate store and not the other Verizon store across the street next to Ross
