Yes. Leash preferred though because there are so many kids. Beautiful place!
Yes, has to be on a leash. Its says it on the sign thats up along with other rules. Had to drive back to get my dogs leash from our motel. Its very packed with ppl.
Yes it is we seen a lot of pets there some work on leashes and some was tied to trees and someone just in the water playing it's a it's an awesome place and the Falls are running fast do you have children they will enjoy it also
