You really don't want to hear my review because wow y'all really are great at screwing things up for people is that why you are there I think so great job at doing that another year of failing great job you win keep my money then I don't need it that bad you obviously more than we do seriously I done dealing waiting well over 21 days so go ahead I'll stop wasting my time trying to call a machine bc your high volume of calls so waste my tax money on whatever it is bc it ain't going to where it should anyway so have a day you deserve

Hey Christina. You'll want to make an appointment with the IRS building in Springfield. The joplin office is closed currently due to low staffing, and the Springfield office is only staffed per appointment. It's insanely difficult to get customer support help over the phone right now as well, so making am in person appointment is your best option. Hope this helps :)
