We are so very sorry Crystal. We are open most Wednesdays from 9-5 but occasionally we may have a staff training that we close the office for. We will be mindful to update our hours. I truly apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you so very much for bringing this to our attention.
The general office is open 9-5pm, however other services may have different hours.
