I called the number on the website and had a productive quick chat with the associate and she canceled it immediately. Very good experience I signed back up by driving in to the carwash this winter.
I think it's that lady thats always there, but im not sure. I have often wondered too
A basic wash costs $10. Vacuums are self serve.
