Sean, RV lots are $315 monthly. We would love for you to stop by and we will help you with your needs. Jr, I'm unsure where you're getting your information from since I don't see you as a current or past resident. We never charge the resident for park-related breaks and every home/RV is metered to show each resident's usage. When they have a break on their side we notify them immediately because our meters notify the office of a possible leak at that home/RV. Maintenance is always willing to help residents with those water breaks if wanted at little to no charge. As for forcing people out of their home's that is an inaccurate statement, we follow all state laws and do everything we can to work with residents to keep them. The place is crooked and outrageously over priced. They like to pass their maintenance failures on to their tenants. Like a water leak which is their issue not the tenants, yet they gave a 1500 dollar water bill. I have reports of them forcing you out then forging the tittle to show them as owners of your property. If you doubt this please feel free to stop and talk to the tenants, everyone of them will have something negative to say
