Doug and Mike at the front desk are the reason my husband and I go to Westlink. They are honest, friendly and take care of their customers. Doug and Mike are the face of the business and are so good at what they do. We have never had a problem with any work done there. The crew in the shop also deserves to be acknowledged. Great shop. You will be in good hands.

It's probably best to contact them directly. You don't know how often they get on social media, and it may seem like they are ignoring you if they don't get to you right away. I'm sure they would be helpful in resolving your situation.

Is there a drop box for keys? Im planning on dropping my car off tonight after work around 10:30. Im scheduled to get it looked at tomorrow.
