Yes I also did a walk in I got there 45mins before they opened & I was 10th in line. I got waited on pretty quickly & I was in & out in about 45mins..
You can call the local office and ask for an appointment (you have to wait for few hours before anyone would answer) however, the best thing to do is go there in person and get a number .
