we have 2pm tickets for our group what time is best to arrive to avoid the heavy crowds checking in as I am using a walker and don't want to hold others up plus not able to stand long periods. thank you

I believe if you go an hour early when doors open you should be able to get assistance. You can also call ahead and tell them about your specific needs.
