Can an ex parte order be applied if the person threatening is as of recently diagnosed as disable? Would it still apply?

I think the Ex Parte would probably stay in place, but criminal charges might be argued down if the disability proves the behavior is related to medical diagnosis. Which is just an opinion, and why everything needs to be discussed in a courtroom. Hopefully you both have good representation.
