My wife driving home was hit by another individual resulting her being sent emergency room and vehicle total. Police report shows individual who hit her had no proof of insurance. Why was the individual not issued a citation ticket.

Cause they dont in force the laws. Have to wait for the judge.

I am so sorry that your wife went through this, and because she went through it, and you two are of the same flesh, so did you. It's quite an injustice when something like this happens, but it's not unheard of, unfortunately: if someone is in the "good ol' boy network" somehow, even by what seems several degrees of separation of it, these people -never- get prosecuted, or cited for any wrongdoing against others.
