Why have I been sitting on the phone for over 45 minutes waiting for someone to even answer the phone?

First hand saw the poor lowly customer service girl wait on 2 irate customers bringing things back🙉 (electronics without receipt) during the course, the phone was ringing off the hook. She would say, I'm sorry they didn't pick up and over the intercom she would talk. Sometimes the phone just rang. (😄Probably that same caller, lol) Point being.🤔 I have no idea why the people on the floor aren't answering the phone, 🚶probably the same reason you never see anyone on the floor working when you are there and need them. But seeing this customer service girl frazzled, get chewed on the phone, by customers- 🤹 yikes! I'm just saying, remember, she's not in control of how the store runs, she was doing her best. Everyone please be kind.😊
