There's a big banner out front suggesting folks wear masks. You are allowed to enter without one, but I wouldn't recommend it.
These folks are right that there is not a restaurant inside, however this is a dairy queen grill and chill next door in the strip mall.
You must get permission from the manager Ryan, otherwise you may get in trouble for 'Pan-handeling/loitering'.
