Cibc has a US Aventura points Visa, and you can open a US Bank account to get better rates and pay off your account with US Funds
I have never done it, or seen/ heard it being done. We travel three to four times a year, if anything call them.
Lousy rate. Don't use your credit card either. Most cards use a additional fee besides the exchange making it pricey. Exchange it at a credit union.
Get yourself a free US bank account here in Canada you'll save on any charges that they would normally charge you. You still getting exchange rate. But you'll save on the other fees. I know the Royal Bank has when I'm not sure about other establishments. The rate would be the same with a year in the u.s. or Canada it is what it is
I wouldn't do that , change it before u go or use your credit card
Yes, but the rate is lousy.
