If you are leaving from the Transit station, get on the Missouri Blvd bus, then at Menards, transfer to the Capital Mall bus. Get off at the Lowe's stop, and walk to Best Buy. About a half mile.

All you have to do is when you get on the bus ask the driver what bus you need to transfer to and they'll direct you it only cost a dollar to get to your direction to get to your destination no matter what it is as long as it's in Jeff City I'm pretty sure they're running tomorrow I'm not entirely positive that though
