Why in the he'll can't I talk to an actual person when I call the phone number? I have tried EVERY menu option just to see if any of them connect to an actual person & all it does is say the new address & then it just disconnects.

The good thing is, adams county doesn't have their numbers blocked like other counties do, so when you leave a message and they call you back, it will be that persons office number that shows up on the caller id

They haven't set up there system yet call when they open up
