I have been trying to renew my food stamps on line and have not been able to access the account. How do I get a appointment to speak with a technician?

You have to call or go to the office do not be lazy when it comes to your benefits call at 7:30am

The only way I know to get an appointment besides being on hold for over an hour on the phone is go to the office and wait in line g or several hours. Either way they are not fast or easy mms
