1. This store has a problem with pricing accuracy. On 3 occasions an item was priced higher at the register than on the shelf. 2.Last Sept. this store did not know how to take a coupon from their own company-Shamrock Food Service Warehouse.

Bernadette,to clarify the Manager on Duty when called also did not know how to take the Shamrock coupon. He had to call for help. This is Unacceptable !

Have them call a manager next time they're probably new and not knowing what to do they just need to scan the barcode
