It depends on the day of the week. Wednesdays are "twilight" shows that begin @ 7 p.m. All other evening shows begin @ 7:45 p.m. Matinees begin @ 1:30. Seating for dinner begins approximately 90 minutes before the show.

I think seating changes per night but when I went on a Wednesday we sat at 6pm and the show started about an hour later.
