My tracking number shows my package is at the Longmont facility since Wednesday, 5:24 pm. When is it going to be delivered to Firestone??????? Should I just go to the office and ask them for it????? If it is lost, they need to post that info.

Call 1-800-PICK-UPS. It might be easier to pick it up at the center.

Yes go inquire about it with the tracking number...being that its holiday season it can be later than norma
