Great Guy
Hiring practices are a joke here. 1. I apply online and was told given a date for orientation without a time to show up. Then, when I do I 1. Walk in, they didn't even introduce themselves. 2. Handed me an insurance form I to complete which I already completed 2x online. 3. A join the union form with deductions, all of which was never mentioned to me before I accepted the job online. Deductions from a job that will only last 2 or 3 months. What a joke this place is as well as unprofessional. You can tell they don't take reviews seriously, look at the other responses, they are all the same. Bot responses.

They always take time out to help me and explain things. I have a weird address, so I have to call them a lot.

UPDATE: 7/26/22 My package finally arrived undamaged, but I stand by my statement about choosing a different courier when possible. My package was supposed to be delivered to my home, but was instead delivered to a Target. I was told by an employee at this location that it must have been double-labeled. I asked why the driver didn't notice that one of the labels had a customer name instead of a business name/address such as "Target". I was then told that this happens a lot. So, I asked if it happens frequently why do the drivers not inspect the labels more closely, and the sides of a package. They said that the drivers don't have time to inspect the sides of the box for labeling errors, they just quickly scan, and drop off which feels unacceptable as a customer. The employee also said that if it's "double-labeled" then they wouldn't even see it, so I'm assuming that means somebody made a mistake and put a different label perfectly fitted over mine (covering barcode), and it was then scanned, and the driver in no way could see the edges of another label directly underneath. There's just one problem...a new address and name for a different label requires a different tracking number...so, how come when the driver scanned the "Target" label the UPS website updated MY tracking number under my address/name as delivered? How is that possible? The driver scanned the barcode attached to my label, but didn't notice that it was the label UNDER another one that says Target? That's a level of incompetency I find hard to believe. I called the Target on S. Hover, which is located in a completely different city than where I live, and they said it was sent back out with UPS after they realized it was for a residential address. So, why didn't the UPS employee at Golden Rod Ct in Longmont see that information once they looked up my tracking number for the screwed up delivery? My name was right there along with my address, why not search for my delivery, and give me a solid answer about the status of my package? This is a SIM card for a phone, and it's very important that I received it before my old phone was disconnected, and now it looks like that won't happen. From now on, if given a choice at checkout, I'm choosing FedEx, or a different courier other than UPS, because none of this makes sense. I know this is going to sound extremely rude, but...I don't care how many hours they're working, the drivers need to pay more attention to what they're doing, if they're working 14 hours a day who's fault is that? The company right? They should hire more drivers regardless of what makes their shareholders happy. I gave them an extra star, because supposedly the facility employee alerted a driver to the mistake, and somehow lol they're going to correct it, and deliver my package on time (???), but I'm a little bit skeptical of that actually happening, because they said it was delivered, then it was at dock, then it's at a Target, and now it's....well...nobody knows, not even UPS.

The worst UPS store I’ve ever encountered and I’ve lived and moved over 5 times through different states. I called them back after they left me a voicemail. They stated that my address isn’t found while attempting to deliver but when I called them and asked them which delivery it was as I order plenty of online items, they said they didn’t know. How do you tell me my address isn’t found if you can’t supply me with the information of which shipping/tracking has the issue? What a joke.
