A life saver. I have always been treated with respect and dignity. The nurses and counselors seem to truly care about the patients. Have been very accommodating and kind. The counselors I have had were great and shared a wealth of knowledge in addition and recover. Worked with me on treatment plan goals. All the staff let you know they are there to help. Had very pleasant experience from day 1.they even provide counseling after program completion .

I am so disappointed, discouraged, and upset. I called a week ago and went through the screening process over the phone. I told them that I urgently need to begin treatment as soon as possible. I have never received a call back. I have called a few times since the screening and no one has been able to even give me an idea of when I might reasonably expect a call back. I called again today, was told I'd be transferred to the nurse, put on hold for about 45 seconds to a minute, and then heard a computerized voice say, "Goodbye," and then was hung up on. If this is how someone in urgent need of care is treated, I can't imagine how anyone is ever able to receive the help they need to recover. I am absolutely disgusted by the way I have been disregarded and ignored.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Constant staff turnover. Their “treatment plans” are a joke just to check off a box. 80% of the time they don’t do what they say they will do, but if you don’t follow their rules that change on the spot you’ll be in trouble.
