I keep getting phony phone numbers from google. What do I have to do in order to speak to a living human being with correct information as to whether it's time for me to file for benefits or not???

Hate to tell you but its near impossible to get a live person. Easier to go to the office, go early in the morning for least amount of waiting time.

Yes, go to the office. You have to remember you're dealing with yet another government agency
