Unfortunately, I have been attempting to contact this company for several months. My son left his headphones he had just received as a gift. When I called to get them to mail them to me, they asked for us to pay for shipping, which is completely understandable. They also told me that the headphones had been turned in. When I called back to give CC info., they gave me the run around. I have sent several emails with no reply in return. Very disappointed!
Call their number and tell them your driver's name. They will contact him or her.
