Never have I had such horrible customer service. The website messed up my order and after waiting an hour, I called them, and the manager Nate, was incredibly rude and dismissive. He spoke over me and ultimately didn’t even wait for the end of my sentence before deciding to cancel my order and cut me off saying “well you probably don’t want an hour old pizza anyway.” It’s like he was looking for a cancelled order to get free food or something.

The new slices that are folded together and baked are outstanding. I loved them. Unfortunately the staff is not trained. She had no idea about what they are, what types they have. She then really couldn't explain them once she figured them out. There is no mention of them anywhere in the store or on the menu.

Not from Windsor but stopped by this restaurant for a late dinner. Some of the nicest people working took our order.

Came to Pizza Hut, a place we usually forget about. The service was great, the food was fresh and tasted super good. We will defiantly be back. Would highly recommend stopping in.
