If you contact the ticket site, & they contact the promoters of the event, it shouldn't be an issue. Just keep track of the resolution with your purchased ticket.
Purchased tickets thru Roxy with "Hold my Ticket"
You will have to contact the promoter who put on the show. Unless you bought the tickets from the Roxy venue directly then contact them.
