Why does it alwsys take HOURS for someone to come draw blood?

Cause they're always on phone with anyone other than patients! I've seen it n heard it for myself #

Because they are short staffed. They have been asking HR and their managers to hire more full time phlebotomists. They are generally on the phone with Lab personnel or with their lead. The phones they use are Beaumont Property, not used for personal use.
