In 2018 I’ve visit this dealership and I was looking for a used car. I was already driving a 2009 Ford focus in which I was paying etc…$$ a month on it and was told that I owe so much on equity that I couldn’t trade in my car because I owe still. but these guys with their great teamwork and compassion was able to put me into a 2017 Hyundai ELANTRA brand new and it was my first brand new car and favorite color electric blue. now fast forward five years later and now I comes back and visit the same dealership and I was able to jump into a brand new car a 2023 Hyundai ELANTRA with a great low APR rate numerous of coverage and warranty that my car comes with and most importantly I had no bad equity on my previous car. I greatly recommend checking these guys out they are very polite and determined to meet you at your standard.

Brought my car in for service in January of 2022 for some warranty covered repairs. I haven't heard back from them since. Nobody returns my calls and numerous voicemails. I really would like to have my car fixed and back to me after over 9 months...

I waited 2 weeks for a service appointment for my new Rav4 to change the oil and rotate tires. I have a service contract that pays for this service once a year. My new car only had 3200 miles on it both service advisors told me the oil did not need changing until 10000 miles. I told both that I wanted the oil changed and tires rotated every 6 months regardless of the miles. The last service advisor told me I would have to pay for it which I was fine with. I got my car back with no charge and assumed that I used up my yearly service credit. When I got home i noticed the oil was not changed that I could see, only a tire rotation done along with an inspection. This may force me to have an independent shop do my oil change which I did not want to do.

It doesn't work worth a damn I have a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and they refused to warranty the transmission I had to pay out of pocket to have it fixed they don't honor the warranty they find some way to get out of having to do it especially LaFontaine my wife's 2012 Hyundai Accent with less than 20,000 miles on it the fan went bad and it kept blowing the fuse I had it towed to their dealer from the roadside assistance provided from Hyundai it got to their dealer and they wanted me to sign an agreement saying that I would pay all charges that were not covered under warranty ask them if the fan was covered and they said they couldn't tell me until after I sign the agreement I told him I wasn't willing to do that and they wanted to charge me for storage for my vehicle I had Hyundai carry it to Glassman Hyundai I didn't have to sign anything and they got the car fixed under warranty and less than a day and a half and the only reason why it took so long as they had to order the parts
