We are a section 8 building, the cost for an apartment is based upon your income. With a section 8, rent is 30% of your income with out of pocket medical expenses adjusting the net rental amount.
It is based off your income and they do except section 8 . this place is a great place to live and it is very clean and well ran .
It all depends on how much you make. It's a low-income place and you have to also be disabled to get in there.

Im looking for a place for my 36 yr old son disabled and myself disabled 60. We need a 2 bedroom low income he gets ssi and I get a check too.
