You have to go in. However, under your account page you can actually set an appointment - I highly recommend it, as their wait times are ridiculous. Request Daniel, he's by far the most capable person in the branch. Fixed my account issues in no time flat!

You dont. You talk to bots only. Then you sit on hold for an hour only to get scheduled for a tech that doeant show up. Screw Comcast. Im.done.
