Quick and Great Customer Service.

I got in and out relatively fast. I signed up for internet at one price and they price hiked me $10/month even though I signed up at a cheaper rate. Even asking for the manager, they wouldn't correct the problem. Probably more of a Comcast issue than one particular location

You must go into store. Stores dont have a direct line
10am-8pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-5pm Sundays
There is no direct number to the store you'll be routed to call center. If you need to go in I would recommend setting an appointment at Xfinitystores.com to avoid long waits.
I turned in my equipment to the Yosemite store on 11.7.18, well within the 30 day cancellation deadline. I was still charged $100 for "unreturned equipment". Will update this review if I can clear it up at the store.
You would go to an Apple store for that. Xfinity will do basic troubleshooting, but doesn't repair phones.
You only need to return the touchscreen from what I remember. Everything else you can keep.
The only thing I know of would be to call
Stop by and find out.
Having worked for a MAJOR cell carrier...my be advice is to start managing your account from your home. I order my phones online for in store pickups & use the kiosk to get my accessories. Sorry the staff misses out on the commission items, which is there paychecks. BUT...as a consumer, people need to take responsibility for their accounts and that includes backing up data, knowing passwords etc...you'd be surprised how many people don't and wait times in a store become a nightmare.
Yes. Pods are sold here.
Yes absolutely. It can get pretty busy, I'd setup an appointment at Xfinitystore.com so you're not waiting too long.
I don't remember them charging me a fee to cancel and I cancelled on him twice I just paid my last monthly bill and turned in my equipment
Yes
Yes, but the service is very limited. You can't trade in phones, or upgrade, and they don't offer payment plans for emergencies. Basically like a phone service you get from Wal-Mart. Just with a different name.
