From the very beginning, when I called Apria to get oxygen delivered to my home (as ordered by my doctor), it was a fiasco. They couldn't find the order, but helped me create an account, then sent me to some offsite vendor who said, "Sorry, don't have an order." Went back to the first person, who said, "Oh...all I need to do is put in the request for you. They made many assumptions that I understood oxygen an their processes. NEVER used them or Oxygen before. They scheduled for a 2 hour window to have the oxygen delivered, but they were 45 minutes late (nearly 10pm they arrived). I work at 7am and am in bed by 8:30pm. So, by the time he left it was 11pm at night. Not OK. They they call trying to schedule having a respiratory person stop by to see how I'm doing with the oxygen. Again, still confused as to how much APRIA should be doing for me.

This place is an absolute joke. I've been waiting to get my new oxygen since 10/19/22. I've provided my new current insurance and they cant tell me what's taking so long. Every time I call in, I get "we'll send and email" but wait you've been sending emails every time I call, still no one has updated anyone and I'm still waiting. I guess if I stop breathing in my sleep, is when I'll get my oxygen then. No one needs the smart mouth rep on the other end getting snippy. No empathy.

Had to give one star but doesn’t deserve it. Rescheduled my mom’s respiratory therapist evaluation beginning of Oct to Nov 1. Confirmed appointment on Oct 27. Called to check time this morning, was told by one rep my mom’s appointment was Nov 3, then she corrected and said they were working on a time for today and to call back in 30 minutes. Called back an hour later, was told my mom has no appointment for today. My mom received voicemail stating she called to reschedule appointment to Nov 24. My mom never called. This is just one bad experience we’ve had over last 4 months. Phone reps at local branch are completely rude and in competent. Corporate reps try best they can. I feel bad for anyone dealing with this company, who provides “lifesaving” equipment because you’ll be told one thing, no one will show and you’ll never get a call back.
