Hi Megan, thanks for the inquiry. That’s a great question that unfortunately doesn’t have a simple answer. Since snowshoes don’t require “tuning” and wax the same way skis or snowboards do, there isn’t a standard service or pricing. Thus, it will completely depend on what’s broken. We’d be happy to assess in person with you and make recommendations from there. We can help with basic repairs, but more substantial damage will require going to the manufacturer or replacement. I wish I had a complete answer for you but we can provide more information in person or perhaps over the phone. We have shortened hours in the summer but we are open everyday. Not sure about repairs. I know their rentals are the cheapest around though. I think it was like 12, 13 or 14 bucks for a one day rental.
