FACTS: Some employees, including Jen, walked off the job when the former manager quit then began trashing JW’s on social media, including their own website which Jen Helms hi-jacked and put in her own name so the leadership couldn’t even respond to her and their lies. FACT: no one was fired but were told to arrange an interview if they wished to be considered for the new staff! FACT: Jen had already put in her new two-weeks notice and made no attempt to interview. FACT: Jen Helms and her former manager walked out that night with the $136 gratuity fee that wasn’t their to take. It was to be divided between all staff who provided for the party including the kitchen who prepared the food bar. Fact; Jen Helms and the former manager also moved JW’s employee Christmas party scheduled for December 16th to another former employees home and failed to invite the owners and staff who choose NOT to walk off the previous night. We had a Christmas party with our manager at another employees home with our children, instead of at the bar where he was making us buy our own drinks and bring our own food. The employees that did not come, did not get fired. There were two that did not come.
