When u dont have no parole date yet
It depends if the parole agent sends to back to prison. If the agent and area manager decide to keep you on parole in the county jail you can be restated within 9 to 10 days. If you are sent back to prison they have 45 day to hear you on your parole violation , Unless you waive the 45 days .. then they can keep you till you max out. Or when they decided to conduct the parole hearing
Depends on where the person is at? Jail, RGC, or prison...??
