In regards to the safety of the community, how secure is the area and does the gate always function properly? How often do they inspect or treat the apartments for bed bugs, roaches, spiders, and other pests? What are the rules of loitering?

Yes the gate works at all times. They treat once a month for those issues. It's safe.

Ive lived here over 10 years. Loitering haa never been an issue.
