You can go in to any tag office with your class D license and tell them you need to change your address. No paperwork is needed. State of Oklahoma only requires you to change your address in the system not directly on your license. If you do elect to change it on the license itself you will be charged $25 for a duplicate or $38.50 for a renewal, payable in cash or check.

When I got a new driver's license a couple of years ago and had changed address all I did was sign a paper. I didn't have to prove anything for my new residence
