Fantastic service, extremely friendly, fixed my problem better than I could have hoped for in a quick manner, and the cost was very reasonable. I had a CPU that was overheating on a gaming desktop (95 degrees Celsius when gaming). Dropping off my PC only took about 3-4 minutes. I received a call from Jacob 2-3 hours later explaining what they had done and how that led them to the conclusion that my CPU cooler was the problem (very detailed and friendly). He offered me a solution. They ordered me a new cooler which came in two days later and they installed it and I picked up. When they called me to say the instillation was done they also explained the new temps they were seeing and what they had done. Gaming on the PC now I never go above 60 degrees Celsius so they definitely fixed it. The CPU cooler they installed could be bought on Amazon for $70, which is the price I was charged for the part. My total was $102. $32 to evaluate the problem, order AND install the part for me is extremely reasonable. I have had computer shops charge $50 to look at your PC alone. Will return for all future needs.

Ed is a great guy and offers very good customer service and prices. I had a hard drive crash and he helped me pick out a solid state drive to replace it with and now my computer runs at blinding speed. He was quick to respond and got me up and running within 24 hours. He offices out of the UPS store so call him instead of trying to drive and find his shop because there isn't one. I highly recommend Ed!
