By staying on Moore's River Dr, and going to the entrance.
The Oxford/Nottingham road entrance avoids all of the construction. A little tricky to find without GPS...

The south entrance on Moore's river Dr is still open . There is also a back entrance on Oxford Rd / Nottingham Rd.
