Christopher's answer is not exactly correct. FernCare does not charge for anything. It doesn't have dental services, but can refer you to some low-cost dental services by other organizations.
Yes but they charge on a sliding scale you have to call first if you don't have insurance they will bill you later but you have to make an appointment.
