They do at many places!!! Berger King, Subway, Taco Bell, McD, most fast food but not so many restaurants! I've found only 12 in Tulsa and a law was pasted, almost 10 years ago to open EBT to all food vendors!
You cannot use an EBT card on hot food. Only cold. Restaurants do not qualify for ebt. Sorry.
