Their core business is to sell jewelry. They also have nice mineral specimens. Not sure if they broker in metals...
I've always felt that they gave me a good price, I have compared it to others before I sold some gold a couple years ago. I went to about four places and then Miner's Den and they offered me the highest amount so I sold it to them.
Did not buy any.
