Hi Helen! Yes, we can definitely cut a ring off if it needs to be done. You may come in any time we are open and one of our jewelers can assist you. We may also suggest a couple of at-home solutions first... Spray Windex on the ring as well as the finger--it acts as a great lubricant and won't hurt the ring, so don't be shy with how much you spray. You can also try placing the hand in ice water or holding it above your heart for a few minutes and combine that with the Windex method.
