The sign on the freeway shows the population is 2. However if you ask, when the museum is open, they will tell you population is 0.
No one lives in the museum.
There is no land or property for sale within the 2800 acres of Felicity per requirement of the Felicity Historical Society (created by Founder as part of grand future plans.) The population of 2 is based on a joke which the NY Times published. actual population is several hundred percent larger as of 2019.

I believe the population is one or two. The French gentleman that built the museum and maybe his wife or something. Other than that nobody lives around there.
They have night rentals.
