The admission fee to walk around the monuments is ALWAYS $3 per person. From April through November, the Museum is on the Honor System with a cash box at entrance. (You will be as pleased as we have been to discover that most people are honorable.) From December through March all facilities are open. In addition to the $3 per person fee there is an OPTIONAL $2 per person who elect to receive a tour by guide and a certificate inside the pyramid (which is closed the rest of the year.) They don't charge, but there's a donation box at the entrance. Totally worth it though.
